Good morning. 5:53 in Lenoir City Tennessee. The temperature is 66°, it's cloudy with a chance of rain. Humidity is at 85% and wind is at 4mph. Another great late spring day to say NOPE and to keep the promise to all of you and myself to never, ever smoke again.Yesterday was great. Did the weekly errands with the daughter. Made a few extra stops. She knows some really unusual stores like McKays (new and used books, CDs, DVD's, games, puzzles and even some Lego sets. Then there was Brick house Collectibles. They specialize in new and used Legos. I never knew Lego made a jigsaw puzzle. We had a good time then lunch at Chicken Salad Chick. Just a good relaxing day!Well today is back to rehab. See what they have in store for me. Y'all have a great day. Be grateful to our police and thank them for their service. Today is Peace Officer Memorial Day. As always please be nice be kind today.

My SIL just got back from DC last night , it was Police Week . He is part of the Honor Guard. He said it was extremely difficult honoring our fallen officers and families. It was also pouring rain for hours and they had to stand at attention in the rain in uniforms made of wool. The dry cleaners will have a time getting those uniforms pristine! They are made to order for each honor guard in the country. As you can tell I am very proud of him!
