This wonderful Bonfire tradition is carried on in the memory of our very own Q-Angel, Mary (tillietoiler) Merrey. She started the bonfire as a place to get together and toss away your unsmoked cigarettes and anything else that may be bothering you. As Mary became too weak to host, the BBBs (Bonfire Brigade Babes & Bros) took over tending Mary’s fire. You can read about the history of the bonfire HERE >>> http://purplkoala.coolpage.biz/tillietoiler/bonfire_history.html
I'm not sure how all this works yet, so be gentle with me...
Denise, Parrot Lady, Grateful BBB
