It really is NOT unusual for new, would-be “quitters” to wait for “The Perfect Time” to quit smoking…

If I think about how I quit one year ago, and, if I am truly honest with myself about why it took so long to quit…well, that is the answer we all have to overcome…  If we are going to be successful at living smoke free!

I can remember years ago (when I was younger and my family doctor told me that, “Smoking won’t bother you now, but when you get older the effects of smoking may overwhelm you.”

I remember getting up each day for a week shortly after talking with him… I promised myself I would quit that day and before I knew it, I had a cigarette in my mouth and I was smoking it…

We all have to be very honest with ourselves when we truly want to quit smoking…

1. Waiting for the “perfect” day to quit is a cop out! Do it today!

2. Having cigarettes and matches in the house is not conducive to be successful at quitting smoking! Drown it all and never look back!

3. Be honest with yourself, and the biggest part of that honesty has to be truly recognizing smoking for what it is… a terrible “Addiction to the drug, Nicotine”.

4. When I finally was backed up against the wall and my breathing was awful and I got utterly terrified… that is when I quit smoking and stayed quit!

Don’t wait as long as I did. I now have COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease), which is incurable.   I use two inhalers every day (which include steroids) to keep my lungs clear…  Constant lung congestion is the result, without help from prescription drugs.

Be much smarter than I was and QUIT NOW!

The wonderful miraculous part of it all is that your body will know exactly what to do, to make you feel normal again!   It is truly the best thing you can do, by yourself, for your health!

NOTE:  Since I quit smoking, with my Doctor’s permission, I am taking vitamin and natural supplements to help my body heal, as much as it can…

The great news is that I have NOT had to use “Emergency Inhalers” for over six months.

Use the money you save from smoking and invest in a better future by talking with your primary care doctor, regarding his or her opinion, on what natural supplements you can take to jumpstart a healthier life…  And NEVER regret your decision to smoke!  NEVER!  You will understand FREEDOM like never before!
