🔥Welcome to the Saturday Night Self-Serve BONFIRE! 🔥
Today I was watching the squirrels in the back yard scurrying around tucking away nuts for the upcoming winter and it made me wonder about all those nuts that they hide away. What I found on line was squirrels spend most of their life finding food and climbing trees in search of food. However, during this period if they find any nuts they hide it for later use especially in winters when the food not available for them, but they plant thousands of new trees each year simply by forgetting where they hid their nuts.Â
Everyone is welcome at the Bonfire! Whether you have 2, 20, 200, 20,000 or 200,000 stinkeroos, we want your unsmokeds to make this fire blaze high. We especially welcome newbies. Be extra careful as your unsmoked are the hardest earned and go up like a fireworks display. Please carefully toss your unsmoked into the bonfire and come join us. 🔥
🔥 This wonderful Bonfire tradition is carried on in the memory of our very own Q-Angel, Mary (tillietoiler) Merrey. She started the bonfire as a place to get together and toss away your unsmoked cigarettes and anything else that may be bothering you. As Mary became too weak to host, the BBBs (Bonfire Brigade Babes & Bros.) took over tending Mary’s fire. 🌴 Feel free to wander around NOPE Island. 🌴 The newly remodeled Tiki Bar is always hopping later on. There is an amazing buffet available for your enjoyment! The All Things Chocolate buffet is a favorite too. 😋 Enjoy! Everything is calorie free here on NOPE Island.
For those who prefer a quieter evening, there are plenty of loungers set out on the beach. That's where the dolphins love to play. Sometimes they get very excited and splash quite close to the edge of the beach; so, don't be surprised if you get a bit wet! Towels are in the big hamper by the hammocks.
🔥 Newbies and everyone else, shout out your anniversaries and any milestones you may be celebrating. We love to celebrate those important days. And remember, it's because of each of you that we are here!
Methods of hauling your unsmoked cigarettes:
001-500.............tall kitchen trash bags
501 to 999..............black yard size trash bags
1,000 to 9,999.............wheel barrows
10,000 to 49,999............brand new dump truck in your choice of colors
50,000 to 99,999..................a train
100,000 to 249,999...................a barge
Now if you’re ready, we'll get this fire started with the only lighter allowed on NOPE Island, the golden lighter brought to the original Bonfires by Mary Merrey/tillietoiler herself.
