Tomasz To Stay Quit 2018

To Stay Quit is quite similar process to the one you pass thru in order to complete a Triathlon race.


You need some good will to start your training (Quit Kit) then you learn some hints from experts and apply them to your own drills (QuitNet), iron-strong discipline (NOPE), a set of good tools like bike/shoes/trisuit/etc (KTQ, DFS, SIS) and a precious group of supporters which will help you to carry on at best while struggling and pushing hard in tough moments.

In the picture I am the seventh from top-left, right over the one with a black wetsuit... not that one, the higher one... YES, that one!

Anyway, no matter which one of the pack you are: the important part is to keep pushing forward, to never give up, no matter how hard is the effort, you are not alone, not the first one passing thru the tough times and not the last one, for sure.

Decide you CAN and you most probably WILL succeed, or at least you will definitely do better than before. There is always a way to improve, just do it!
