1q2 early 2019 My Junkie's Lies
My Junkie's lies.. My Junkie said I could quit anytime I wanted to, so why quit now, when I could quit tomorrow. Why even think about quitting. My junkie told me I was scared of quitting and that I could not do it. I had always smoked without any break. My junkie told me to keep on, keep on and keep on smoking and that is what I did. When is the best time to quit? It is right NOW. Not later. It is good to have a plan but not necessary. Every cigarette you smoke is just giving your junkie more and more power over you. Taking more and more of your breath away. Getting nicotine and the poisons more and more entrenched in your body. Why? So you can feel good?? That is a fallacy. To feel good, do not smoke, breathe in clean air and feel your very own precious body rid of a killing substance. Everyone here will reiterate what I am saying. It all starts with not taking that next puff. Throw the cigarettes out and stay close to Q board and get the help you need to not smoke that next one. There is lots here to keep you motivated and distracted. If I can do it, anyone can. Get on and stay on the smoke free road with me. You will never regret your decision to not smoke. You will always wish you had quit sooner. You will wonder why you ever smoked.
